For every occasion

Weddings first. Every other table too.

Pick the kind of event and the room starts set up for it — the head table, the rounds, the names in your language. Then make it yours.

Wedding

A sweetheart table for the two of you, rounds of ten for everyone else.

Celebration

Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and family dinners, around long tables.

Corporate event

Company dinners, galas, award nights and conference dinners.

Another event

Graduations, charity dinners, memorial meals — any room of tables and chairs.

How it works

Three steps from a guest list to a printed chart

Start with step one
01

Build the room

Drop round, square, banquet or head tables and drag them into the shape of your real venue. Or photograph the chart your venue printed and the room arrives ready-made.

02

Seat the people

Paste your list, add a photo per guest, then drag them into chairs. Drop one guest onto another and they swap places. Nobody is left without a seat by accident.

03

Print the plan

Download the print-ready PDF: floor plan, table cards and a find-your-seat index for the welcome table. Changed something? Download it again.

Built for the way you actually plan

Every part of it survives the eleventh change of mind

Chairs that never drift

Add or remove chairs — up to 20 a table — and the ring re-spaces itself perfectly. Nothing overlaps, nothing wanders.

A face in every chair

Upload a photo per guest and the chart stops being a spreadsheet — it starts looking like the people you invited.

Three calm colours

Glacier blue, frosted rose, cool clay. Group tables by family, team or side without the plan turning into a rainbow.

Undo everything

Every move is saved as you make it and every move can be taken back. Snap to a grid, or hold Alt to ignore it.

Private by design

Your plan is saved in your own browser, not on anyone’s server. A backup file carries it to another device.

Big rooms stay readable

Fifty tables and five hundred chairs still pan, zoom and export cleanly — names, initials, or colour only.

What you hand out

Three kinds of page, one export

Scaled to the paper you print on, so the welcome table, the coordinator and the venue all read the same plan.

  • A scaled floor plan of the whole room
  • One card per table, with photos and seat numbers
  • An alphabetical find-your-seat index
Free, all of it

Every feature. Every plan. Free.

Every plan gets every feature, from the first table to the printed page.

Questions we get before the big day

Is it only for weddings?

No. Weddings are where Yerbəyer started, and they still get the most care — the sweetheart table, the find-your-seat sign. Birthdays, company dinners, galas and any other seated event work the same way.

Do I need an account to start?

No. There are no accounts at all — the plan is saved in your browser from the first table. A backup file takes it to another device.

Is it really free?

Yes. Planning, photos, the photo import and the complete print-ready PDF are free for every plan, with nothing held back: no limit on guests and no watermark on the PDF.

How large can an event be?

Fifty-plus tables and five hundred-plus chairs are routine, with up to twenty chairs on a single table.

Can the venue’s own chart be imported?

Photograph it and the room is rebuilt table by table, chairs counted off the drawing. You confirm what was found before it’s kept.

What does Yerbəyer mean?

It’s the Azerbaijani word for settled in — everyone in their place, which is what a seating plan is for. Without an ə on the keyboard it’s spelt Yerbeyer, which is also the address: yerbeyer.com.

We’d love to hear from you

An idea that would make Yerbəyer better, something that didn’t work as it should, or just a hello — write to us. Every message is read, and a complaint is as welcome as a thank-you.
